The trial was held. Miguel Costa did not appear, his lawyer – in the style of American films – he gave the judge a medical document, without a word. Intestinal discomfort.
I presented four witnesses and many documents. At the trial, the Spanish companies did not present any witnesses, and a statement was made to the three Spanish administrators. Each one said different things about the whereabouts of the molds: one that they were in the U.K., another, that they were here 6KM from my house, another said they did not know where they were; and, of course, 'no one' knows how they could have come to the hands of Capitan Games/Battlemodels. All contradictions. Nobody bothered to coordinate their answers.
Finally, it will be necessary to carry out a second phase, because they must hand over the molds to obtain an expert opinion, and take a statement from Miguel Costa (alias "la Anguila").
By the way, all of them reiterated that they did not allow anyone to reproduce my miniatures. So why did Captain Games and Battlemodels announce that they are remade molds?
The Spanish companies are closed.
They have also said that customers are not able to tell if the thumbnails are well reproduced or not.
