Autumn 1812. Napoleon's Grand Army leaves devastated Moscow. The Russian Tsar Alexander has not made peace, and Kutuzov's Russian army is blocking the path to the East. Napoleon is forced to retreat to Poland along the Smolensk road.

It is obvious that the generals and marshals lost the Russian Campaign. But as a junior officer of the Grand Army, you can assemble a squad of brave men and carry out a dozen important missions – reconnaissance, raid, convoying a convoy, defending a position, and many others.
