Hellfire and the Fall of Empire?

This is designed to be a science-fiction solo campaign. It will produce battles which you can, if you wish, play with an opponent, but I've also provided suggestions for solo play there as well. The campaign is designed to work with the Hellfire rules, which are 1:300 sci-fi, but frankly you wouldn't have to do much tweaking to fit the campaign to another ruleset should you so wish.

In this campaign, you are faced with the Empire falling. You are going to struggle to hold on to what you started out with. Your tax base could shrink, you might lose technology, and the forces of barbarism are all around, plotting your demise. Still, It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness. I have every confidence in your ability to overcome these trivial handicaps.
