Wargame Vault announces:

1776 Long Island 'Liberty' Flag by Through All Ages LLC

"The captured flag, which is made of red damask, with the word 'Liberty' appeared with sixty men in front of Rall's regiment." This description was recorded by Colonel von Heeringen (of Regiment Lossburg) after the battle of Long Island, where it was given up by a surrendering American unit. Now your American units can fly this flag proudly… or your Hessians can celebrate a victory with this trophy! You decide.

The inscription's location is based on the surviving Schenectady flag.

Flag comes as 3 PNG images: obverse, reverse, and complete flag.
