Carton de Wiart is perhaps the single most colorful character yet to join the Soldier of Fortune series! A notoriously eccentric Belgian aristocrat who enlisted in the British Army in 1899, he would fight in the Boer War, win a VC in the First World War (losing a hand and an eye in the process!), and be recalled to action in 1939.
