Another great issue!

I started ancients with Shock of Impact, moved to WRG 6th, then 7th, and then became a big DBA fan…although now with well tweaked house rules: DB War of Roses being a favorite. Played lots of others, including FoG, LaDG, HailC, but the foundational simplicity still is appealing without a lot of convoluted rules contortions.

And Traveller, man did we play a lot that using a Star Wars theme with us as Junior Jedi. :)

AARs are always a treat, but then again, I'm a fan of AARs. Enjoyed the game reviews, too, even if modern isn't my period.

As for new scales in minis, it must work -- otherwise we wouldn't have so many companies vying for sales.

Same with new wargames on well-covered topics. I think we're all looking for that magical rules set with perfect playability and exquisite detail that matches the vision we have in our head about a battle or campaign….and ends with a definitive winner in under three hours! :)

Hey, hope springs eternal.

Great job. Keep it up.

Warning Order, a free wargames magazine, now has issue #55 available to download.

Warning Order #55

Due to my family and I getting Covid-19, unable to get into the office at times, then gathering restrictions in our area, I decided to just publish what I had, so this issue is a few pages shorter than usual.

There are still battle reports for Warmaster Ancients, Age of Eagles, Fire & Fury ACW, two Blitzkrieg Commander IV battles, two new Engagements scenarios, plus other features. You can get the current issue by going here.

If you would like to download some or all of the older issues, you can go here.
