A set of grand-tactical rules for simulating warfare in the Age of Napoleon using 15mm miniature gaming figures. The rules take their name from a description of the Battle of Waterloo by Marshal Blücher. A Napoleonic battle could be "quite an affair" indeed, and the rules put the player in the role of a corps or army commander, with a focus on the decisions officers at those levels made during the period. The rules are designed for easy learning and quick play without sacrificing the flavor of the period or the grand- tactical feel.
