A set of grand-tactical rules for simulating warfare in the Age of Napoleon using 15mm miniature gaming figures. The rules take their name from a description of the Battle of Waterloo by Marshal Blücher. A Napoleonic battle could be "quite an affair" indeed, and the rules put the player in the role of a corps or army commander, with a focus on the decisions officers at those levels made during the period.
