Clash of Fleets is a miniature tabletop wargame, focussing on World War II naval combat. While we had World War II in mind, it is possible to adapt these rules to World War I scenarios easily, ormitting any aircraft except spotters and only using generic torpedo rulers. You can play any size of game, ranging from skirmishes with just a few smaller ships to larger fleet actions, following some simple tweaks.
The Pacific Edition contains a starter scenario set in the Pacific between the Imperial Japanese Navy and the U.S. Navy.
