Volley & Charge 1756

These rules are one-page long. They are intended for a quick-and-simple horse-and-musket game set in the middle of the 18th Century, using 25-30mm model solders. They are meant for use at conventions or when time is short. They are a cut-to-the-bone version of Steady Bayonets 1756.

The photo shows the end of a game with ten French and ten British regiments locked in battle. It was a French victory despite a slight morale advantage for the British. The game lasted five turns and took between one and two hours.
