The Sloppy Jalopy Canal Folk are great value at £15.00 GBP for twelve 28mm scale figures.

Canal Folk

The three female figures have cast-on heads. The nine male miniatures have separate heads, so if you buy several packs, you can get a lot of variety with these miniatures. I will be using mine as part of my Peoples Army for Very British Civil War (VBCW) gaming, as well as for Pulp gaming using Pulp Alley and 7TV.

Canal Folk

Miniatures include a female figure kneeling with a basket of Molotov Cocktails, and a figure with heaving line and grapple iron, and another armed with a boat hook, as well as an assortment of pistols, SMG, shotgun and rifles.

Canal boats

Sloppy Jalopy has also released 20 packs of separate heads to give even more variety. Each pack contains five heads for £1.25 GBP.

I've added a page with photos of the Canal Folk in action on and around canal boats on my hobby blog.

These figures are available from the Sally 4th and Sloppy Jalopy websites, and Sally 4th will have them on our stand at shows around the country, including Salute and Hammerhead later this month.
