The Maine Historical Wargamers Association is hosting a Wargamers' Swap, Shop and Game on Saturday, July 28th. The fun begins at noon and lasts through the afternoon.
This is a great opportunity to dust off those old boxes of lead, boardgames, books, movies - whatever you have that you think other wargamers will take off your hands. Turn that old stuff into new gaming efforts!
Some of the games being discussed for that afternoon are Impetus and Day of Battle, possibly gladiators and WWII skirmish.
We plan to wheel and deal, and play until around 5:00, then head to dinner at The Lion's Pride in Brunswick, which is on the way home for many attendees.
