As I am sure you are all aware, Victory at Sea was set to be released a lot sooner than now. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, which temporarily closed the doors at Warlord to allow us the time and space to ensure our staff had a safe working environment, and subsequently to allow us to fulfill all outstanding orders, the release date of Victory at Sea (as well as other releases) had to be moved.
To that end, I wanted to give you an update on all things Victory at Sea, and how we are making progress with casting the multitude of ships required to flood your gaming tables with hours of broadside fun.
Firstly, we need to let you know when to expect your orders. Victory at Sea will be officially launched in August. The small benefit of this is that this extended pre-order period has allowed greater opportunity to take advantage of our fantastic pre-order bundles. Anyone who has placed a pre-order right up until release date will still be eligible for the limited-edition Altmark and U.S.S. Arizona (providing you hare pre-ordered the correct bundle).
Gaming Partnership
Secondly, and more excitingly, we wanted to announce officially our partnership with the great guys and girls over at wargaming.net, who have allowed us to fill the boxes with a sack load of goodies for their hugely popular naval warfare PC game, World of Warships.
The really awesome news is that if you have ordered already, you will receive these at no extra cost, along with the rest of your goods.
So, What Are These Goodies I Hear You Ask?
Do be aware, these codes are only redeemable for new players, so, if you have not played World of Warships yet, do check it out, it is a fantastic action-packed naval warfare game where you captain a single vessel in fleet-on-fleet combat to control the ocean and sink the enemies.
The base game is free-to-play, and with these great premium ships and added extras, why wouldn't you give it a go? We highly recommend you do!
