These past few months have been an unsettling time for all of us – gamers, retailers and Battlefront staff alike. Over this time, we have been doing our best to help provide a little distraction from the events unfolding in the real world:
Share Your Hobby has shown us all the amazing work being accomplished around the world, and hopefully inspired people to break out the brushes. Our social media content has highlighted fantastic content on the website that many will have never seen or just forgotten about. And our Daily Deals have given people something to look forward too each day, and hopefully impetus to start (or finish) an army.
The time has come for us to change our focus, though. Our local staff in the U.K. and U.S. have been keeping in regular contact with our stores, and they tell us they are starting to open their doors again and are getting ready for business. Whilst we want you to keep sharing your amazing work and checking out the depth of content in our website, we now want you to talk to your FLGS (Friendly Local Gaming Store). They need your support now more than ever.

In the spirit of this, we will shutting down our Daily Deals at the end of this weekend, so that the focus of the community once again returns to shopping with the people that provide you with a place to hang out, chat, find out about the new releases, play games, and, of course, meet new opponents – your FLGS.
