28mm Prussian High Command 1864-71 From Black Hussar Miniatures

I really welcome Black Hussar's initiative in producing some models based on these iconic pictures. But I am a bit curious, and puzzled. The von Halden Rochling picture clearly shows a normal Prussian infantry flag, yet the model is shown with a Landwehr style flag. An odd mistake, which would, of course, have no effect on the purchaser, who would attach his own flag.

For the Moltke – Bismarck group, they follow the iconic image closely – apart from Moltke's helmet. It should be a Model 1860, with a cruciform base to the spike, a guard eagle as befits a general, and a reinforcing metal strip down the rear. The pictures are not entirely clear, but they seem to show a circular base to the spike, which would identify this as a model 1867, not introduced until the following year. The type of eagle is not clear, but should have horizontally swept wings, not vertically swept. These are not obscure facts, but clearly delineated in the original sources used in the advertising. I am not sure I understand what's is going on!
