Born Soldier Kushna'Var scanned his fist, the four Born Soldiers who served him. Only one was still checking his gear, as the others had completed their tasks and were deep into Plea'io, the pre-battle trance. A rustle showed the last sinking into his trance. None of the four would regain consciousness until their Ti'Pirus mobile fort settled to the ground. Minutes later, the pulse engines flared as Kushna'Var grounded the fort in its position guarding the arm's objective. A soft hum told him the forcefield shields were engaged, and the fort's spirit warrior touched his mind as the fort's sensors and weapons probed the night. With no noise, his fist assumed their ready positions and scanned for enemies. As the humans said, "Bring it on".
Finger and Toe Models announces the release of the 28mm cardstock Alien Base: Mobile Fort, capable of a one-time movement to settle in the most advantageous position to defend objectives or reinforce a line. The Mobile Fort can hold up to eight alien soldiers. (The Finger and Toe Kot'Tel warriors would be perfect, of course.) Optionally, the fort has two powerful weapons and a sensor array. Easily kitbashed, the fort can be made as a field fortification, a logistics vehicle, and used seven inches wide inside (nine outside) and about two inches tall (not including the weapons) – this is an intimidating model for any infantry.
Remember, every Finger and Toe model comes with smoosh assurance: if ya'll smoosh your Alien Base: Mobile Fort, a new one waits your summons from hard drive and printer.
Alien Base: Mobile Fort is available from rpgnow.com or wargamevault.com for $3.00 USD.
