Britcon

WIP Games and Miniatures are at Britcon next weekend, August 23rd through August 24th!

If you are looking to try your hand at On Bloody Ground and have some fun (in what's looking to be a very hot weekend!), then come along and roll some dice with us!

We will be holding a participation game using On Bloody Ground: The Norman Conquest.

The Setting

At the turn of the 11th Century AD, a combined force of Irish and Viking allies attacked the North-Western territories of Mercia.

The dispute came down to a long line of traditions from both sides over an area of holy ground destined to be the start of a new place of worship, or a place where plenty of trade could be commenced…

This is a fictional scenario using On Bloody Ground: The Norman Conquest, where you can take the side of the defending Saxon forces led by the Mercian Ealdorman Eadric, or the combined invading forces led by Brian Boru!.

What's even better is Britcon are giving free emtry to everyone that signs up beforehand. You can follow this link for more details and sign up.

Britcon is held in Leicester DeMontfort University, with easy travel options both by train and car.

If you would like any more information about our game at the event, please contact us on our page or through email (wipgamesandminiatures@gmail.com.

We will also be happy to bring along any orders for On Bloody Ground for collection at the event itself. We will refund the postage when the item is collected at the show, you'll just have to let us know you'd like to collect it there!
