First in a series of Factory Building kits, this impressive structure resembles the building style of the Gruenderzeit (founding period). It features decorative brickwork and interesting architecture. A loading dock on one side makes this a very versatile building. The elevated floor continues to the inside where it finishes with a stair and railings. Use it as a stand-alone structure or as part of a bigger industrial complex. It matches well with our other industrial building kits, and can be used from the mid-19th Century until modern times.
