Today I'm launching the latest mat that I've imported from Deep-Cut Studios. These are simply called "grass" and consist of a large expanse of, well, grass. The grass is a deep green (deeper than that on the the plains mats, for example), so think Northern Europe or North America in spring. They would be suitable for areas with a high rainfall (like the U.K. this weekend!). Because of the deep color, it would also be a really good mat to lay forests over. These mats work very well for 28mm gaming because of the photo-realistic images of grass.

I have the mats in 4' by 3' and 6' by 4' sizes, both with and without grids.

Deep-Cut mats are light and can be washed, ironed, and folded or rolled away for storage. Hills can be placed on top or even, if shallow, underneath. These mats (together with the plains, fields, steppe, sagebrush steppe, desert, and wasteland mats) can all be found in the BigRedBatShop.

Best!
