Back when I ran Dark Age Designs, I tried barding decals. The best solution I could muster was leaving it to the customer to trim the decal film after pulling it off the backing while they were applying it to the model. While that process was not as difficult to master as it may seem, it took a handful of models for me to get it right and it wasn't something I thought I could take to market. The other alternative was to design the decal with all the necessary relief cuts already on the film, which would mean having to come up with a specific decal for every make and model of horse available. That was too much effort for me to take to market as well.

I am curious to see how they pulled this off.

Flags are not supplied, but are available to buy separately.
