perhaps, but not in full use accross the empire until 60AD at least, and the Kalkriese model is a lot different to the segmentata depicted on the warlord figures which I suspect is the Corbridge pattern not issued until 80AD, although it is missing some straps…. and the apron was not in use until the middle of the first century AD, so Warlords figures are out by 100 years still……..
