Columbia Games writes:

Now that Victory in Europe has reached its funding target on Kickstarter, it's time to get excited.

As of today, gamers have 16 more days to join in and reserve a deluxe Kickstarter edition of this new game.

Important: The Kickstarter edition will be deluxe and is offered via Kickstarter at a considerable discount (it will cost quite a bit more after the campaign).

What a great experience game designing is! We enjoyed trying various situations with Ron Draker when he visited with us here at HQ. We've been busy turning this game inside-out trying to create a really special gaming experience for you. Playtesting can be exhausting work – lots of hours, many of them late, but a wonderful collaborative final product will be the result.

You know that we stand behind our games with a 30-day money-back guarantee – tell your friends to give a Columbia Games products a try! Everyone can order with confidence. Please spread the word around the internet…

Victory in Europe captures the entire war in Europe in a fast-paced experience. The game begins in late 1939 and ends up to six years later. Game time is three to five hours. The game is played on a large, round map of Europe that spans the continent from Spain to the Caspian Sea, and from North Africa to Norway. The game employs many of the proven mechanics in other Columbia blockgames, with innovative leader rules and a card deck that elegantly handles the history of the whole war.
