Yeah, aside from the fact that, IMHO, the original rules are a largely unplayable mess, they were great.

I think the SW version will represent a vast improvement over the original system, which was very much rooted in a 1980's rules aesthetic that is frankly painful to play.

We won't have Space 1889 by Gen Con as we had first hoped, but we should see it in your hands by the end of the year.
