Matt,

I'd like to recant the Mongoose customer experience to you (and this actually goes for other game companies over the years):

We read or hear about your vision of a product.

We get excited/interested and continue to read more or listen more.

We get the product and then something along the way (bad binding, soft cover instead of hard cover, BW instead of color, wrong draft used, poor editing, bad paint job) detracts heavily from what we were expecting based on reading or hearing about the "envisioned" product versus the product we hold in our hands.

We the customers end up disappointed and this in turn damages your credibility.

I would like to see Mongoose succeed and frankly do not take pleasure in your misery.

Thanks!
Art
