To be honest, I'd be rather embarassed if I was Bill. This [TFL/snowflake] hasn't been handled well at all. Call me a troll, or a snowflake, I'm not too bothered, although it would make me question my desire to hangout here. I'd rather adult conversations, handled in an adult way were the norm.

Bill clearly feels he is beyond reproach. The post from DB was hardly insulting. By the terms that have been thrown around here, Bill is the snowflake. The analogy of a restaurant isn't useful. A good restuarant manager would want to know what caused the issue and defend his approach – at least the restaurants I frequent. If you're in the kind of estaminet where the manager throws you out for daring to question, then you're in the wrong part of town.
