Ok it's 18yrs on, so it's unlikely that any one will read read this , when it comes to copyright my very limited understanding being U.K. based is that in the context of Wargamming the use of dice , concepts , ideas , history can't be copy righted , names can be for instance a Cornish pastie , in the U.K. most ( l think ) people know what a Cornish pastie is and can recreate one but can't sell and market as such , forget Panzer Blitz just call it some thing else.
It's the use of the name that's the issue , Panzer Blitz was a great board game a miniature game using the same system would be a great miniature game with a different name , such is the way of the world.
