Chum Dave Lycett ran this splendid game of For King and Parliament at Partizan, using his lovely new collection of 54mm plastic Call to Arms minis. I got to play the game, which we ran the day before in the Letsxcape Games Cafe in Newark – it was a whole lot of fun! The entertaining scenario, The Mysterious Affair at Styles, was written by our very own Andrew Brentnall.

You can see Dave, Andrew and the minis on the Wargames Illustrated video, and a brief shot of the Mancetter game, and my shirt 'o war directly after it:

The 54mm minis look absolutely wonderful, I am sorely tempted… Dave also owns a collection of even bigger 60mm ancient minis, which I hope to see on a table next year.
