I have the Liberators book and the supplement, which are both top-notch: excellent color plates & maps, solid background info, detailed OoBs, and scenarios. The figures look to be just as good as the books. Can't wait to order some armies to fight out the battles of the accompanying books.

John Fletcher Supporting Member of TMP of Grenadier Productions writes:

There's a whole bunch of new releases coming for the Liberators! Miniatures line of 15mm figures for recreating the South American Wars of Independence between 1810 and 1826.

First up are generals packs. Each pack contains one general and two supporting figures. Sculpted by Mike Broadbent, each pack captures the character of the commander.

For the Patriots, there is the impetuous Bernardo O'Higgins, the meticulous Jose San Martin, and Manuel Belgrano, father of the Argentine flag.

On the Royalist side, there is the confident Jose Canterac, the professional Joaquin Pezuela, and the vacillating Mariano Osorio.

These sculpts can also be used to represent other generals in the conflict, as well as Spanish (and possibly other) leaders in your Napoleonic armies.
