Well, folks, that's right!

Studio Miniatures is one year old. It doesn't seem like a year already, but don't they grow up fast these days, so we would just like to thank everybody who has supported us over the last year. A big 'thanks' to all of our customers, many of whom have become repeat customers, to the shops who have started to carry our minis, and to Dan Pacey (our sculptor), Vesa Makela (our painter), and to Griffin Moulds and Grey Matter Figures for their great work turning our ideas into metal and resin.

Happy Birthday Eveybody

To give an even bigger 'thank you', we will be running a competition until the end of March. Everyone who has ordered from us from day one will be entered into a prize draw, every purchase counts as one entry, so repeat customers will have multiple chances of winning.

First prize:
£75.00 GBP worth of free minis (this doesn't have to be used in one single order)
Second prize:
A zombie mini painted by expert painter Ángel Giráldez - we have picked the flasher for him to paint
Third Prize:
£25.00 GBP worth of free minis

So what do we have planned for the second year? We will be adding to our Z-Clipz range, of course, more zombies and survivors, with the first releases for part two of the U1: EVE saga coming out at the end of the year.

We are looking into the production of resin scenery to go with our minis, urban items for your Undead hordes to shamble around or for your hapless survivors to hide behind. We have been in touch with several other companies with the view of stocking their minis too, allowing customers to buy all they would need for their zombie game from one source. A couple of sculptors have contacted us in regards to having their own minis produced and sold via our site, which could lead to some interesting, new and different models - oh yes, and after all of that, probably world domination, the end of civilization as we know it, blah blah blah!!!

Thanks from everyone at Studio Miniatures!
