Division of Labor
Pathfinder is a roleplaying system. It's very cool, but like all roleplaying systems, it's just a shell. Your job is to fill that rules shell with all the people, places, and things (to kill) needed to make a game out of it. Like all most jobs, however, you can sub-contract.
Specifically, you can make Avalon Games do a bunch of the work for you. Need adventures? There's Avalon Adventures. Need encounters? There's Avalon Encounters. Need characters? There's Avalon Characters.
Basically, they can do everything but come over to your house and roll the dice for you. Which, let's be honest, would be kind of creepy anyway.
