S&S Models have released another version of the Panther in 1/60 scale.

Dug-in Panther

This is a dug-in version, as seen in the later stages of ww2 in Berlin.

These tanks were dug into the roads and pavements, and the engine and some of the deck removed to make a quick escape route for the crew, if the position got too hot. These were nothing like the Panther turrets dug in on the Italian front, which were far more complex.

Available in either plain or zimmeritt turret finish.
