I love the OLD Gripping beast figs the best – too bad they got rid of their old Picts packs (forget now what they called them exactly). Anyway you definitely have my support sir!

Please, no 'Rupert' jokes!

Just thought I would let you know that I am back to sculpting historicals again.

The company is called Shieldwall Miniatures, and we're back to making what I like best... Dark Age minis.

I needed to try a one-off sculpt to see how it goes, designing back in 28mm again.

Here's the pic of how it went:

If the quality is bad or the price too high, they won't sell, so I need to get the balance right. What kind of price is acceptable to you?

Is a 20-figure bag at £25.00 GBP a bad idea?

As far as units go, I was going to produce 'units with purpose', the idea being a good mix of figure positions all doing the same thing, in the same troop type.

Any thoughts on the way forward would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks!
