What's a VexStarter?

It's a cross between a Kickstarter and a P500 project. We have set up a form so you can pre-order a deck of printed cards for our new WWII game.

THACE is a campaign-level game portraying the broad sweep of events and strategic issues surrounding the famous desert battles of WWII.

Cards

The game includes all the complexities of the historical campaign yet is physically small enough to put it in your pocket and play it down the pub, on a train, or in the garden.

Why do This?

The shipping cost for the print on demand version is very high for U.K. & EU customers due to the cost of U.S.P.S. airmail services. By printing cards in the U.K., we can significantly reduce the shipping costs.

To do this, we need a minimum of 40 firm orders. This will make a print run viable. We will only take payment once we've enough orders and are ready to place the order with the printers.

Orders will be shipped from the U.K. and will cost £15.00 GBP plus shipping. Shipping will be £3.00 GBP (UK), £5.00 GBP (Europe) and £6.00 GBP everywhere else.

Want to Find Out More?

The rules and designer's notes are free and can be downloaded from the game's webpage where you will also find links to the print and play version.
