A few weeks back,we posted that Legion figures were in progress at All the King's Men. We're pleased to announce that they're now available.
Short of men, horses and equipment, both the Americans and the British adopted a new tactic in the American Revolution: the Legion. These small groups of soldiers combined mounted cavalry, dismounted cavalry, skirmishers and traditional infantry to create versatile, self‐contained fighting forces.
We have added dismounted figures to our line to create these "little armies." Use them with our existing cavalry or as independent foot soldiers. We use a standard body combined with three different heads to create the following historical units:
TARLETON HEAD (bearskin crest w/plume)
16th British Light Dragoons, dismounted (remove plume) (s)
Tarleton's Legion Infantry (i)
Tarleton's Legion Skirmishers (s)
Continental Light Dragoons, dismounted (s)
Lee's Legion Cavalry, dismounted (s)
Lee's Legion Infantry (remove plume) (i)
Lee's Legion Skirmishers (remove plume) (s)
Armand's Legion Infantry (i)
