Marneus Calgar Command Squad New for 40K

not bad, i agree with some here they are a bit busy, and i understand they are characters, but like on marneus, i think he could do without the skull and eagle attached to his shoulders on the front,as they seem just placed there like big trophy attachments and arent really integrated into his shoulder pads. but then again they look detachable so im thinking he might turn out decent.

the hawk faced guys are pretty cool. wish they'd turn them into a full blown unit type. the ultramarines always suffered as being the "stripped of character" space marine types and i feel those guys spiff it up a bit.

the chapter champion i feel has too many seals and that they should have let the scifi on him show through more. its like they are trying to cover all surface space instead of letting armor design speak for itself.

the standard is really kool. i wish back when i was still into gw they had smoking pre-made banners like that.

overall kickass and adds some much needed character into the ultra standard ultra marines although heavy on the bits. im sure we will be seeing these all over ebay and coolmini or not in short order.
