Striking without warning, the Hobgoblin Raiding Party causes chaos and terror, before fleeing just as quickly, with whatever they can carry. There attacks are frequent and persistent, and although they have no chance of destroying a caravan, they risk jeopardizing the caravan's returns and the very trade routes themselves.
