Retailers have been asking for us to release this in full retail packaging, and in response to their requests, we have done so. Here's the story:
Federation Commander has two "core" products: Klingon Border and Romulan Border. Other products of the game system will work with either or both of these products. The only catch is that you get some duplicate parts (maps, most of the rulebook, a chart) when you buy both.
For those players savvy enough to figure this out, we offer Federation Commander: Romulan Space which is, simply put, all of the parts from Romulan Border that are not duplicated in Klingon Border, those being the ship cards, counters, background, scenarios, and special charts. This is now available in full retail packaging.
