The Crusader riflemen are generic enough for use from early war to the fall of Berlin- it's the MG42 that would be limited to mid- war on.

At that scale and given the weapon similarities, I'd either proxy the MG42 for the 34, or convert the barrel on the MG42 Artizan firing poses.

Mark Sims of Crusader Miniatures has expanded his World War Two range to include Germans dressed in greatcoats.

WWII Germans

The new figures include enough riflemen, MG34s, SMGs and commanders to build a platoon dressed up for the cold weather, plus a HMG and mortar in support.

WWII Germans

Crusader Miniatures Germans are designed for the early period of WWII.

Figures are 28mm-sized, made of metal, and supplied unpainted.
