Looking forward to getting these. After seeing the earlier news release I converted Formula De into a non-board game and tested it at our club. D6 then D6 +4, 8, and 12 for gears, Corners have a recommended gear which if you exceed require a driver skill check to avoid damage, oil leaks and engine damage if you roll a 6. Worked well on the 1st go and should make a decent participation game. Might have to wait for the 1:100 scale though to go with the club's 15mm buildings for 1930s street circuits.

20GPX001 box

Glad to let you know our latest release before Christmas – the first set of a hopefully successful new range, one devoted to 1930s racing cars, that we expect to make at 1:72 and 1:100 scales eventually.

20GPX001 contents

As can be seen in the picture above, this first set includes three different racing cars in a box: Mercedes Benz W154, Auto Union Type D, and Alfa Romeo c12/312. Each of them consists of a single-part resin hull, two white-metal shafts, four resin wheels, and a white-metal driver masterly sculpted by Xan Miniatures for us. In addition, the set comes with a decal sheet with number serials in white, black, blue and red.

Painted 20GPX001

This new set of racing cars is available now at our website.

Cheers!
