North Star now has a new set of 28mm International Brigade figures available.
The International Brigades were the volunteers who joined the Republican side of the Spanish Civil War 1936-1939. These new figures were designed around photos of the Brigades early on in 1937.
Although designed for International Brigades, these figures can be mixed into any Spanish army or militia unit on either side throughout the war.
This isn't the beginning of a new range. These figures were produced to provide more riflemen variants for existing SCW armies. They will only be available for a limited time (we are only making 250 of each figure).
Four basic poses were sculpted, and these have been used to make up 32 different riflemen.
You can buy a four-figure pack, which contains a random selection (but you do get one of each of the four different poses). Or you can buy a squad pack that has 12 figures: 11 different riflemen and 1 LMG man. Or you can buy the collectors pack that contains one each of all the 32 different figures (plus we'll throw in free one of the LMG man).
We are just going into production now, so we can supply the four-figure packs, but the larger packs will be shipped out 1st December.
