'rip-off' implies something has been stolen… but merely making miniatures that would be of use in various games, despite that game's manufacturers doing their best to discourage using anything but their own products, ever, is not stealing… not dishonest… not anything. Unless you're a silly fan boy who drinks the GW Cool Aid.
I don't think anyone would ever confuse this sculpt for a GW one… it ain't got any skulls on it and the pose is too animated.
