Cracking figures and a conflict that I have gone near before (being part Irish). Can anyone recommend any good books on the subject. Also its a shame that these figures aren't going to be available to buy at Vappa as I wouldn't mind getting my hands on em sooner rather than later :)

Hi, all!

We will be attending our first Vapnartak at the weekend. Well, when I say "we," it will just be me! To make up for Hazel not being there, she is letting me take up a bunch of greens to show off before they get moulded up.

Irish Uprising figure

The first of these are for a new range that will be released towards the end of February, The Irish War of Independence 1916-1921. Pictured here are a pair of them, sculpted by the very talented Paul Hicks (who has done a superb job on them). More details to follow.

Also, there will be some Turkish Ghulams (yes, I know you don't believe me, but they will be there!), and some other bits and bobs.

I will also have all of our available figures with me, but if you intend on treating yourself to a lot of new figures (and why not!), then please place a pre-order via the website to avoid disappointment.

See you at the show!
