This is the bath house managed by Mr. Butch Gay, correct? Of the same Gay family that owns the Gay Leather Goods store downtown and the Gay Brothel and Saloon on the outskirts of Dry Gultch?

Doesn't Butch's brother Bruce and his sister Lizzie manage each of those, respectively?
