Shipments continue!
If you haven't received an email, you will shortly to let you know that your miniatures are on the way!
But we are also starting to receive our first reviews and seeing feedback on the forums from people who have received their miniatures - and we just want to say a big "Thank You!" to all of you! Here are some of them:
I just got my Wargames Factory Marian Romans (think the HBO series Rome) and they look great!
The figures got here today, and they look very impressive! I'm looking forward to building and painting the figures. I'll keep you appraised of my progress.
The British and the Romans arrived today. Good stuff! Can't wait to see the Celts.
I received the package and they are great! Thanks for the extra bonus pack! I will start on them this weekend.
They paint up ever so easy.
They arrived today. I've already got some assembled and sprayed. I have to say that they look much better after they are primed. I think the gray plastic is so light that the details don't show up in it. I think they look super. I can't wait to paint some up.
They are very nice, I need to undercoat one to get a better view on the details.
And finally, translated (badly) from a German forum:
To be sure the plastic shines rather and one can the details not well recognize until base painted, I will try also once to make a picture... But otherwise I like the super sprue. I always find out more details (just discovered: gun belt! :) )
These last three include comments that we wanted to talk about. These are our first-ever figures, using some techniques that are absolutely new to the field of model soldiers. We've learned a lot over the process, and we'll no doubt learn a lot more as we go along.
Our objective is to make the very best figures at the very best price. We are new, and we aren't there yet; this issue with the "shinyness" of the plastic is one that we are fixing now - we are going with a deeper, matte color on future releases so that the plastic shows off the detail. It's all there, it just doesn't show up well on the bare sprue until it's painted. We should have a new coloration for the Celts when they come out.
We also want to find out what you think about our figures - and tell us how to keep making each set better. To help us with that, we've put a Feedback form on our website that you can fill in. It's located here.
Please let us know what you think - we are making big strides forward every day, and we want to take our customers with us along that road so that you are getting exactly the kinds of wargame figures you want!
