Well I've put the finishing touches on a 200 point Lizardman Warband. 10 Saurus warrriors with one upgraded to a champion and all have hand weapons and shields. This along with 10 skinks with poison blowpipes. They had their first baptism of fire last night in a fledgling campaign our game group started and did very well against a Beastman warband. Those blowpipes are nasty!

I'm also dusting off my Dogs of War and other WFB armies. Lustria here we come.

@Sentinel, ah yes the glory days of The Lost and Damned and the Slaves to Darkness. Wish I still had those books great stuff. Very dark and gothic.

"... I've got over 200 of the things. How the did I manage that?"

erm Meiczyslaw, you are a miniature wargamer correct? You have to ask how you have so much lead that you could safely shield you and your family from a Nuclear fallout? grin

Releasing in stores May 7th

The Lustria book hits the shelves this week, as we get geared up for the Conquest of the New World campaign in the summer!

80-07-60 - LUSTRIA

$20.00 USD

Lustria

Lustria is cram-packed with everything you might need to re-fight the titanic struggle of the Rise of Sotek, when the newly-formed Clan Pestilens cast its eye over the rich lands of Lustria, laying low the formidable Saurus with terrible contagions.

Lustria sample pages

This book contains rules for playing games of Warhammer in dense jungle terrain, as well as an in-depth guide for creating and running your own node-based campaigns, including The Rise of Sotek campaign featured in the book. To top it off, included in the book are rules for the Skaven Plague Lord Nurglitch and his Bubonic Court and Tehenehauin's Red Host for the Lizardmen.

Conquest of the New World

This summer's Conquest of the New World campaign will tie heavily into this book too. The Conquest of the New World is a ready-to-play node-campaign that takes place on the continent of Lustria during another interesting period of Warhammer history. COTNW takes place in the Imperial year 1492 (over 1,000 years before the Storm of Chaos!) shortly after Marco Columbo's "discovery" of the New World. The COTNW campaign is all about the exploration of this new land and the race between all the denizens of the Old World to plunder its riches and claim territory as their own.
