Forge World: "The Manta Takes Wing" [40K]

General Kirchner writes:

It's funny.

I was at a company dinner last fall for 10 people that cost about $1,400. USD (yes that include the booze, and no, I did not have any.)

It's all relative.

Of course, I would venture that the people buying it, are not the $3,000 USD hand bag crowd.

Not for me. I could see dropping that kind of cash for maybe a nice pistol or rifle, or a major capital purchase, but not a model.

Alan Bligh of Forge World writes:

You can see the final result of all the waiting and the anticipation here in the shape of the finished and painted Tau Manta.

Tau Manta

A truly mammoth undertaking in every sense of the word, it turned more than a few heads at Games Day - and this version was put together and painted by the man responsible for the original model, Will Hayes.
