Reiver Castings will be available from Under the Bed Enterprises at Claymore.
Reiver Castings have had suitable 28mm figures available for The War of the Grand Alliance (League of Augsburg/Nine Years War), Ireland 1689-91, Scotland 1689-92, Covenanter Rebellion 1679 and Monmouth Rebellion for some time now, under the title James II and the Glorious Revolution. This range has now been updated/modified with new figures added, and as a result, the armies of that period will now come under their own titles.
The first army releases are The Army of James II (includes Ireland and Scotland), William III's British Army, William III's Dutch Army and the Danish Army 1688-1698. In addition to this, there are Monmouth's Rebels and The Covenanter Rebels. The new releases include personality figures for James II, William III, Schomberg, Tyrconnel, Viscount Dundee and General Mackay.
The French figures from the James II and the Glorious Revolution range will now come under the heading of Louis XIV's Army, and there are new releases for the French Guard Infantry, Line Infantry and Guard Cavalry.
In addition to this, there will be new wagons, a Pontoon Bridge set, and Field Fortification pieces.
This is just the beginning of the re-organisation of the ranges, and future releases will include Austrians, Bavarians and Prussians.
BLB packs are available for all of these armies, as well as the Great Northern War and Jacobite Rebellion 1715 and 1719 ranges. All of the older figures will still be available, if you need to complete an army.
All figure packs are £9.00 GBP each for either 10 infantry or 4 cavalry. Personalities are £2.50 GBP each and are mounted.
