Guys,

Thanks for your kind words on our new cavalry! We're very pleased that they're well-received.

Henry, good to hear form you! We won't be at Nashcon this year, but Gina and I will be at Rapier in Jacksonville (June) and Hcon, for sure. We look forward to seeing you there!

Thanks for your encouragement, Yngtitan. We have considered doing the SYW, but it's a huge undertaking to do right. Finally offering cavalry does make us feel like we've made a proper footprint in the AWI, so other, extra projects are possible.

Ken

Hello, TMPers!

The day All the King's Men Toy Soldiers has been working toward is here! After a year of offering unusual AWI troops in 54mm metal, our brand-new 54mm cavalry is now available.

Tarleton's Legion

You may remember us from the launch of our Washington's Victory sets, which offered Hessian and Continental forces along with terrain pieces and fast-play rules. We have since added to those lines with further troops such as Marines and Patriot Light Infantry. And now we add 54mm cavalry for the period! You can see them all on the ATKM website. In fact, there are a few pages showcasing the new troops.

This is a major milestone for us, in part because we didn't think cavalry could be accomplished in 54mm, yet still be functional in terms of wargaming. All that metal would weigh a ton! We found a solution, however... with excellent plastic horses. That means riders and bases are metal, while the largest part is the most lightweight of all!

You can see the new releases on their own dedicated page, here - or check out the "sexy" link to them here - or you can go to the Workbench page of the ATKM site, which has been revised to show all of these new figures in progress.

Finally, everything comes together on the orders page.

Whew! This day has been the better part of a year in the making, from concept to painted regiments. Please let us know what you think of the new troops. Painting of even our own collection is ongoing, and we'll be sure to add new pics of the figures as they come to life.

Thanks!
