Bolt Action Finnish Army Flamethrower & Light Mortar Teams Released

Wellllllll yes and no. Theres nowt stopping you having a total mixture of stuff in a BA platoon, there isnt really a ToE as such, more that you can have one of everything if you like. So you could have a flamethrower, a light mortar, a heavy howitzer and a tank all in the same "platoon".

So you don't have to take both to fit the platoon out. It does seem an odd combination even to me, and I play BA all the time.

Finnish forces are reinforced this week with the addition of these two potent support weapons.

Finns

Pressing the Soviet 50mm mortar into service against their former owners, the Finns had many hundred of these to hand, following their liberation from the Red Army. The flamethrowers used by the Finns would generally be either captured Soviet versions or purchased Italian weapons. Either way, they are deadly!

The Finnish Infantry metal boxed set is fantastically characterful, including infantry armed with rifles and Molotov cocktails, a sniper team, MMG team, officers, and even a five-man scouting patrol equipped with snow-gear and skis.
