The moulds, already badly deteriorated, have now been retired and the last orders have been placed. I'll be doing a new Netherlord later this year, but in the meantime, the role of Big Nasty will be being shared by the Tunnel Dweller and Azaroth the Fallen One...
Salute is over for another year, and as usual it was a hugely enjoyable if absolutely exhausting process. We have to spend the prior 6-8 weeks casting extra stock for the show and generally preparing, so by the time it swings round, we're knackered! Thanks to all who came along and gave us their hard-earned moolah, it's greatly appreciated, more than you'd ever guess!
Now, as combination of the post-Salute period and the birthday celebrations, and with some spectacular mis-planning on my part (Chris is off for the next month with exams), we're having a sale!
From now until May 14th, we're offering 20% off and free shipping on all orders, even international ones. I have no doubt that you'll all use the oportunity to cherry-pick the models that aren't in fact, in surplus stock after Salute, but what the hey, that's how the cookie crumbles! I apologise to anyone who's placed a large order in the last 3-4 days that didn't qualify for 20% off and didn't contain a Netherlord: if you're really upset, you can email me and we'll discuss it further. I hate picking a date for a sale because there's never a good time - someone's always done a big order the day before!
OK, so, the last reason for the sale is that I'm using the Bank Holiday in the U.K. next Monday to grab a few days off - I'm using the time to try to finish redecorating my house - and with Chris off revising you can expect a bit of a delay in receiving your order - hence the big juicy 20% off! I'll try my best to keep up with things when I get back to the workshop at the end of next week, but please be patient whilst I'm snowed under!
Finally, thanks a bundle to Chris Kwasneski, who has uploaded a backup of the Forum of Doom, meaning that much of the info wiped by the hackers has been at least restored in a viewable fashion!
