The Golden Age of Piracy is drawing to a close, and the grandest pirate game in North America is beckoning all scalawags to stand before the mast or swing at the gallows. Mr. Christian and the Mutineers proudly present another continuing installment in the "Fist Full of Seamen" story: But Pirates are coming! The Year is 1703, and while the European powers squabble in the world's deadliest paternity suit, The War of Spanish Succession, the Caribbean colonies vie for the title of Cane-Sugar-Mama of the West Indies.
Drop Sail and weigh anchor in this colossal game of Hollywood piracy. Raid, trade, and cannonade your way around this 800 sq. ft. board collecting gold and infamy from a dozen Island locations. Beware! Ruthless Cannibals, a terrifying ghost ship and even the legendary Kraken stand ready to consume your crew and drag you to the depths. We provide enough ships and crew to set sail on the high seas. Captains must be of legal driving age to pilot one of our ships. The under 16 crowd will be provided characters to influence the battles and adventure around the map in search of fame and fortune. All materials to play this game are provided.
AdeptiCon 2015 will take place on March 19th through the 22nd at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Evening sessions will be run Friday and Saturday, where ships get underway at 6:00PM. Mr. Christian and the Mutineers will also be on deck throughout the weekend for demos, raiding, revelry, looting and more revelry.
All participants, besides playing in this once-in-a-lifetime game, will receive an AdeptiCon exclusive 28mm Henry Morgan, model sculpted by the talented Michael Owen and provided by Gorgon Studios.
